It did require one tiring entire day to complete the purchase. Two vehicles were traded for a new car requiring trips back and forth across the city. Nevertheless, all in all we are very happy with the process, the service the trade-ins and Jason who took the extra time with us. Cars have changed and so have I gotten much older. It takes time and assistance while to understand the computers that run today's new cars and Jason gave us this. Thank you very much.

I was told the issue my car was giving me was resolved. I’m waiting to see if it does it again. The customer service here is the worst! If it had not been that I had just purchased this vehicle and I had to take this vehicle to either here or somewhere else I would never choose the service department at Chevrolet. They make you feel ignorant they don’t acknowledge that your concern is heard. They talk to you as if you’re a child and they are a parent.

I feel like I have been scammed, because the service tech brought in my cabin air filter and said that it should be replaced due to it being dirty after 5000 miles. It wasn’t that dirty, but since the tech stretched it out and possibly damaging it. I didn’t want that one to go back in. The charge for that service was $96 with a $10 discount. Pretty expensive for a $30 part and 15 minutes of someone’s time and no tools. I’m pretty sure I will avoid bringing my vehicle back for any service. Very sad considering I had a decent experience buying the vehicle. Online reviews say the same thing about the service department. I don’t trust the service department.

Our windshield was perfectly installed. We live over 100 miles from Santa Fe, so Angelica was able to get us a loaner car so we could run errands while the installation took place. It made the day so much better!

Ray did not rotate tires or wash the vehicle. I asked him to wash it to remove bugs but he didn’t. It was raining but I still wanted the bugs washed. Galles Chevrolet provided higher standards of service.

The gentleman who assisted me, Ray maybe?, was not very approachable - he did not smile or seem friendly, both when dropping and picking my car up. And when I picked up my car, it was in the back. I guess an employee was no where to be found, so he was complaining about that. And instead of bringing my car to me, he hunted down said employee and had him do it, which had me standing in the blazing heat mid afternoon, because there is no shade for guests in front of the building on the service side. It took 10-15 minutes for them to bring my car around.

He was respectful, professional, and most importantly — he actually listened. He didn’t try to upsell me or push anything extra I didn’t want. Just straight to the point, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Edgar handled the financing and made that part just as easy. He explained everything clearly, was super respectful, and kept things transparent from start to finish. No pressure, no confusion — just solid service. They both made the experience seamless, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. I was so impressed I’ve already sent someone else to buy a car from them.

Ray has consistently been an incredibly poor service agent. He does not provide accurate documentation of what was completed during the maintenance visit, is not even able to verbally answer these questions, when I was able to obtain these some additional documents from the amazing customer service desk team (they are fantastic!!!) his answers were lazy and not helpful to the questions that I asked. I still don't know what was actually completed. This is the second time I've had this same interaction with him, in which he becomes combative when I ask simple questions about what was done to my car. It's a basic question that a service technician should be able to answer and explain, which makes me continue what he actually did (if anything). I appreciate the customer service desk for assisting in getting the information I was looking for, but unless there is a need to for warranty purposes, I will be unlikely to bring my car here for service again due to Ray's unprofessionalism.

I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, the service agent that was "assigned" to me was engaged with another client, so I spoke with one of the other service agents I had worked with on a previous visit about a fuel issue and some service that was performed on my truck a few months back. All good. I inquired about pricing new tires and he said that Ray would be taking care of me. I said OK, but then I had to wait another 20 minutes for Ray to tell me, while he was still engaged with the other client, that he had me covered and I could leave. I asked him about pricing new tires for my 2021 Colorado before I left, and he said he would be in touch. Why the first service agent with whom I spoke, and who seemed to be doing nothing, couldn't have taken care of me was a mystery and a bit strange. Whatever. I waited until Ray had a bit of a break with his other client, he quickly and efficiently sent me on my way, and said he would call me later with the tire quote. Which he did and recommended a service upgrade for the truck, to which I agreed. Usually the team is super efficient and I've never encountered an issue waiting to talk to an agent when I've dropped my vehicle in the past. The wait was slightly frustrating, but I'm patient, and Ray always communicates clearly and efficiently. I've never had an issue with him at all and when he did call me he was apologetic about me having to wait, which was amazing. And the service was perfect!

You gave me a piece of paper saying that you looked at it earlier and you did with 0 costs on it. $800 to look at my box fan and $8000 estimate to fix itfinally came down to 6000. I enjoyed how my entire experience was. Juan new when I first saw my truck on Saturday how much I wanted it. I went back on Friday and at first didn't see it. Juan was outside and said it's right there. He kept me calm and he was genuine and helped me with all this new technology. He has also called to follow-up. I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ my Colorado. My alignment problem persists; I'm still having the same issue with the steering wheel being crooked and the car pulling from right to left. I had a nail in one of my tires. Ray Martinez took it right in to have it checked. It was immediately repaired and I was on my way. Great service!!!

I calculate my mileage at every fill up. Doing this helps me to know how my truck is performing. My mileage between previous fill up and the current one I completed let me know my performance level wasn't where it should be. I advised my service mgr of the mileage drop from 19.5 to 15.2. This help to identfy the real issue. I trust my service work with Victor when I need my vehicle serviced. It helped the tech to identfy the issue with the vehicle. I trust the service work needed to keep my older vehicle performing at its best working with Victor.

Mr. Martinez was knowledgeable and courteous. The maintenance took a little over an hour which was reasonable.

The service was great. We just did an oil change and tire rotation and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership has a comfortable waiting room with water and coffee. My only issue is the online scheduling tool. It scheduled an appointment without me being able to explain what service I wanted. I had to call to verify that I actually had an appointment scheduled and to specify the service I wanted done. Every time I interface with that tool, I have problems. It may be that I'm accessing it from my phone. It might work better from a computer.

Our service appointment went well, the techs took care of our vehicles first check up, and made sure we were comfortable waiting for the vehicle!

Everyone was so professional and friendly, the diagnosis of the problem was quickly done and the issue fixed quickly. Everything was explained clearly. I appreciated being dropped off at the mall so I could use the wait time for some Christmas prep. I've liked this dealership ever since we bought the car there, haven't regretted it since.

Good and reliable

I ordered a new rim and 2 tires for my equinox EV. When installing the tires the center dust cap was lost from my old rim. The tires were inflated to 33 psi but the recommended EV pressure is 42 psi. I had to add air from a nail gun compressor in my garage at home. The kid who loaded my wheels in my truck stacked them, scratching the new $400 plus rim.

I was happy with the work performed on my vehicle. I was annoyed by them saying I qualified for a rebate since I had to pay additional cost for my service. The forms took my long to fill out and then I did not qualify for the rebate after I was told I would be. I call the phone number and no one has returned my phone call.

Everything was great, everyone was courteous and got me and out quickly.

The service team would not call our insurance company back, despite multiple attempts. We had to have the vehicle towed, at our expense, to a different dealership that would return phone calls.

Took to long with my truck was told 5to 6 days to fix but was there for a month but did excellent work

Ray our consultant streamlined the entire process and had us in and out in a timely manner.

I took my truck in to get fixed for the 3rd time and it came out worse than when I took it in. I know my truck has short, my stereo and volume in the truck works when it wants too, but because it does not do it when I take it in they cannot fix it. the short in the truck keeps burning out my daytime light running light. They claimed they fixed it and it's still not working and they kept my truck for 2 weeks. I tried trading in the problem because I don't want this problem after my warranty is up. Next step I'm looking for a Lemon Law Lawyer. I have purchased many vehicles from Chevy and this is the first nightmare and that is putting it easy. Thank you CHEVY for not taking it back and getting me what I am paying for.

First, I was able to reschedule my appointment time due to inclement weather. The service writer was professional and courteous. He immediately provided me with a cost estimate and updated that after he contacted me by phone regarding an item recommended by the service technician. The service writer explained the work that had been done and accompanied me to the cashier's office.
