2024 Chevy Trailblazer: The Basics

The 2024 Chevy Trailblazer is defying expectations around what a compact SUV can do, with spacious and flexible seating, advanced driver assist features, and technological innovations in convenience. Although the Trailblazer is a compact SUV, its interior space is optimized to give five people the space they need to travel in comfort. And the Trailblazer’s seating is flexible, with 40/60 split rear seats folding to create up to 54.4 cu. ft. of cargo space. There’s even a standard folding front passenger seat to accommodate items up to 8.5 feet long.

Safety is also standard on the Trailblazer, with Chevy Safety Assist’s six advanced safety and driver assist technologies acting as your extra set of eyes on the road. The Trailblazer gets a choice of two efficient engines, starting with a standard 1.2-liter ECOTEC turbo engine, which produces 137 horsepower and achieves up to an EPA-estimated 30 MPG combined. There’s also an available 155-horsepower 1.3-liter ECOTEC turbo, with efficiency up to an EPA-estimated 31 MPG combined.

Head-Turning Trailblazer RS

The RS is the sporty Trailblazer that’s designed to stand out, with 19-inch gloss black wheels, gloss black mesh grille with dark chrome grille bar, and available contrasting roof color. It’s powered by the Trailblazer’s 1.3-liter turbo engine and gets a dual-outlet exhaust with polished tips. And inside, you’ll find red interior accents, Evotex seating surfaces, and heated front seats.

Convenient Technology

The Trailblazer includes Chevrolet’s latest technology features, like an intuitive infotainment system with 11-inch touchscreen. This system includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for seamless access to your maps, music, and more. Staying connected with your Trailblazer is also convenient with the myChevrolet mobile app and included 3-year subscription to OnStar Remote Access. With this plan, you can remotely start the engine to pre-condition your Trailblazer, lock or unlock doors, or check on your fuel level and tire pressure.

With the Trailblazer’s available Keyless Open and Keyless Start, you can leave your key fob in your pocket or purse to lock and unlock doors or start your engine. And the available hands-free power programmable liftgate makes accessing the cargo area easy, even when your hands are full.
